These pants are the bees knees! Seriously they’re so cute and something I normally do not buy… so glad I went out of my comfort zone. They’re a little dressier of a material, but can easily be worn casual with a tee, flat slides, and a little jacket. I wore a smocked crop top that has some scrunch detail and hits right above where the pants do! If you don’t own a crop top, you can easily tuck in a classic white tank that is skin hugging. I’m wearing a size x-small in the pant. They also come in a neutral tan color – but the navy was the better choice for me!
My crop top – ooooohhh crops. I’m 33 and have always been smaller in statue, but I don’t love to show my mid drift anymore unless it’s done in a chic and classy way. Dress cut outs, side cut outs, sliver of skin between my bottoms and top…etc are all approved for me, but crops I am always weary of. Was so excited when this tank came. It’s light, but looks chunky at the same time, and is a great length for anything high waisted like these pants. Has a little ruffle edge detail around the straps and the bottom of the tank. It will definitely be on repeat all summer long! Wearing a size small.
My little bag is so simple. It’s a Kate Spade and the best neutral shade of light beige to wear with any outfit. This brand has been a go to of mine since I started buying nicer bags. They’re affordable, classic, and always come in a wide range of colors and sizes. Was so devastated and saddened to hear the news of Kate’s passing this week, as her style and passion for all things creative was so inspiring to so many people. Praying for her loved ones this week as they go through this incredible difficult time.
My shoes and earrings are no longer available… but I linked some similar ones below that I also own and love that will give you the exact same look!
Happy Friday. I am so glad this week is over!!! My sister is here all weekend so get ready for some family posts coming soon!
